3 Things to Know About Free Facebook Training
If you are anything like me, you use social media daily and still need to get a refresher on how to use it to promote either your own brand or for a business. While I am also a broke college student, I cannot afford any fancy expensive training. Lucky, I found some free training that is easy to learn and is for Facebook!
1. More Than One Category
While there are not that many categories, it's nice that they are separated, and you can scroll through to find what you are looking for!
For this training, I decided to choose the advertising course. Within this course there are 6 different lessons to complete in any order you want. All you must do is click get started in any of the lesson boxes.
For example, I was most interested in the 5 Steps to Create a Facebook Ad from Your Page. So, I clicked on the get started button and it took me straight to the 5-minute lesson. Some lessons had videos, and some had text with examples.
2. Able to Login to Your Facebook Account
These free courses, found on Facebook Blueprint: Free Online Training for Advertising on Facebook | Facebook for Business, can connect right to your Facebook account. This was you can track your progress as you watch the different sections. I did not log into my Facebook account, but I am guessing that it would show your friends your progress on Facebook too.
3. No Certification
Although it is a training course, you do not receive a certification unless you complete the actual test that costs $99. Right now, I decided to stick with the cheap option of not receiving a certification.
Usually, a certification like this would look good on a resume, however, you can still mention that you completed free Facebook lessons as well. It will still look good!
